Eurocorp is founded in the 80’s to develop second home apartments in Viña del Mar area.
In 2003 starts to develop residential real estate in Santiago downtown offering great locations, space efficient layouts and competitive prices for customers
In 2005 Euroconstructora was founded to manage the construction process as a business unit of Euro
In 2008 was founded ETR Arquitectura, business unit in charge of designing projects and supervising the construction schedule.
In 2017, Euro expanded into the multifamily business, operating the first buildings under the brand name Level. It was a successful beginning, reaching 90% of occupation within 5 months.
In 2019 Euroholding is established to reorganize the group corporate structure consolidating different business units under management.
In 2021 Level was the second major operator into the multifamily business in Chile and Euro was one of the country’s largest private real estate investors in the multihousing sector.
